Once we have confirmed your payment, delivery on ready-made items will take up to 10 working days to deliver. We endeavour to keep to these delivery periods; however, external factors, which are out of our control, can sometimes impact on these time frames. Should your order not arrive in the time frame as quoted above, please contact House Innovations Pty Ltd.
Your product will be delivered via courier or Australia Post, depending on your location. To minimise delays, please provide any special delivery instructions along with your information. We will require a signature at delivery. Courier companies will not call prior to delivery to confirm delivery times. If you are not at the address to collect your product, a calling card will be left.
If any product is returned to us for any reason, without being delivered, you will be required to cover the cost of new delivery charges before your product is dispatched again. A $30 fee will be charged, plus the original delivery fee, if orders are cancelled after being returned to us by Australia Post or the courier company.
In very exceptional cases where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote delivery locations, inner city deliveries, island deliveries, etc.), House Innovations Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order. Please contact us first if you would like to check to see if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges.
Note: When placing an order please provide a street address for delivery; we do not deliver to a PO BOX.
Samples of skirting boards can be ordered via our website. We have a limit of only one sample per colour. The purpose of our samples is to provide the Customer a guide of the colour of our skirting boards. We strongly recommend that you order a sample as the colours displayed on the website may vary to the real product. We take no responsibility for a Customer incorrectly purchasing skirting boards that they believe to be the incorrect colour.
We stand by all our products. All our products are from accredited suppliers. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the goods on arrival, including the quantities, style, and colour.
Faulty stock will only be accepted if unused, in original, sealed package. If a fault is detected during installation, please contact us immediately. We will require photo evidence of the fault, and in some cases, require physical proof. We will take no responsibility if the installer of our products damages the product.
Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 30 days of receiving your item for a replacement or full refund. We will require the item to be unused, and in its unopened and original packaging. Please contact our Customer Care centre on 08 9249 2149 or by email email@example.com assist you with your return.
